Job summary

Upham Inns is recruiting Bar Team Members to join our unique stylish pubs across Southern England. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, handle payments and serve drinks both hot and cold in a lively, friendly environment.

We offer flexible shift patterns, up to £12.71 per hour plus a share of Tronc, meal and hotel discounts, a development pathway to General Manager, and lifestyle discounts with rewards for service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 due to licensing laws.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Be a great communicator.
• Have good decision-making skills.
• Be confident and organised.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food and drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot and cold beverages including alcohol.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout pub area.

Bar Team member Requirements

• Be at Least 18 year of age due to licensing laws

restaurant teams deliver an excellent guest experience whilst our bar teams
delight our guests with their drinks knowledge, barista and cocktail skills.

Ideally
you may have worked in a pub before, but the great thing about Upham Inns is

What do we do?

We own a collection of
beautiful and individual premium pubs across Southern England. Our pubs are in
idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the
quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience.
Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family
is Harper's Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started
rolling out last year.
