Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a Bar Team Leader with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join us, so if you have experience of leading a team in a fast paced customer focused environment and you are looking to carve out your career in the hospitality industry; this may be just the job for you.

The Hoop and Grapes is a historic pub on Farringdon Street in the heart of London, with roots dating back to the early 18th century. Currently closed for extensive renovations, we’re restoring this Grade II listed building to create a stunning venue that blends traditional charm with modern hospitality. When we reopen, we’ll offer great food, drinks, and a warm welcome to a diverse mix of locals, city professionals, and visitors. This is an exciting time to join our team and be part of bringing a landmark pub back to life and delivering exceptional experiences in a beautifully refurbished setting.
