• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels across the bar
• Supporting bartenders during busy services to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assisting with deliveries, glassware, and bar preparation throughout service
• Helping create a high-energy, professional, and enjoyable working environment

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Personality, a great work ethic, and a genuine love for hospitality
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A friendly, funny, and engaging attitude
• Pride in their work, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset

You’ll Enjoy Working Here If You Are:

• Fun, kind, and driven
• Outgoing and bubbly with a positive attitude
• Someone who loves hospitality and takes pride in their craft
• Passionate about learning, progression, and personal growth
• Motivated by working hard, supporting your team, and building a successful career

What To Expect

The Alchemist is a fast-paced and energetic environment where no two shifts are the same. We work hard, support each other, and genuinely enjoy what we do. Busy periods are all part of the fun, and our teams thrive because of the strong relationships and culture we build together.

What's in it for you?

• Freehot/soft drinks on shift

• Flexible rotas
• Access to our benefits platform, Club Alchemy; saving you ££ on your everyday shopping, holidays, gyms, homeware and much more!
• Guaranteed birthday + recovery day after off
• Industry renowned training with fantastic career progression opportunities and pay increases as your skills develop.
• Transparent Tronc policy where 100% of gratuities and service charge go to the team weekly via TipJar
• 24hr access to employee assistance programme, with counselling, mental health support and financial and legal advice
• Regular incentives, which can take you around the country, and the world
• Opportunity to contribute to menu development
• The chance to attend our annual Sports Day, Bartender Competition, Christmas parties and more!

If you’re ready to be part of a team that values personality, passion, and togetherness — we’d love to hear from you.
