Job summary

Ardencote Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our bars within the Food & Beverage team. This hands-on role involves supporting and developing colleagues to ensure guests receive our high standard of service.

You will work closely with Bars Manager and Assistant Bars Manager, guiding service, stock control, and promotions to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Evening and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar operations within hospitality settings.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during service.
• Strong guest-focused service and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bar team during busy services.
• Create a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
• Ensure drinks are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Support development of seasonal cocktails and bar promotions.
• Train and coach team members; run daily briefings.
• Manage stock, orders, wastage, and stocktakes.
• Assist with rosters and shift planning.
• Respond to guest feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across bar areas.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and licensing compliance.
