Responsibilities

To ensure we achieve our mission, the bar supervisor role is to support the team to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the bar including controlling costs, support and training junior team members, to produce high quality/to spec drinks at all times, to ensure a professional and positive experience for all our guests. Bar Supervisors are an important role to support both senior management and junior team members. Therefore, whilst the main duties of the Bar Supervisor relate to beverage side of the business, the role is expected to assist and support the wider restaurant functions when necessary.
