Job summary

RBH invites applications for a Bar Supervisor at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool. You will assist in managing beverage service within Palm Court and Seaforth Restaurant areas, delivering 5* service and leading a small team to meet targets.

The role involves evening and weekend shifts, training, upselling, and ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and financial reporting. You will be passionate about mixology and guest experience in a historic landmark hotel.

Qualifications

• Operational hospitality background in a full-service hotel or high-footfall venue.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a quality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of licensing laws and safety campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing beverage service in Palm Court and Seaforth Restaurant areas.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver 5* service and hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards.
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities through cocktails and service.
