What will you do?
  • Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and enforce high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B team members to achieve performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing, and seasonal offerings.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and control inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Events, etc.) for smooth operations.
