Job summary

BOXPARK is seeking a driven Bar Supervisor to lead our skilled team and advance within the company. You will champion outstanding service standards, foster strong working relationships, and oversee back-of-house operations including stock management and cellar maintenance.

You will mentor teammates to prepare for future management roles across venues. The role focuses on delivering top-tier guest experiences, enforcing responsible service, and maintaining clean, presentable venues while building

• Proven track record of stock control and back-of-house operations.

The Role:

BOXPARK is seeking a driven and experienced Bar Supervisor eager to lead our skilled team and advance their career within our company. In this role, you will champion outstanding service standards, foster strong working relationships, and boost team engagement. You will also handle essential back-of-house operations, including stock management, cellar maintenance, and product ordering. Our goal is to mentor and prepare you to step into a management role at one of our future locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example to foster and champion exceptional customer service across the team.

Build and uphold strong, positive working relationships within your team.

Develop shift plans and actively guide team performance throughout daily operations.

Manage inventory levels and place stock orders aligned with scheduled stock takes.

Enforce the Challenge 25 policy to ensure responsible alcohol service

Maintain outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards across the venue
