New Bar in Central London requires a supervisor. Must have sufficient cocktail and wine knowledge. Fine wine knowledge ideal. WSET preferred. Create authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention and service.
Opening and closing of the venue. Cash up. Responsible for staff management. Ordering and receiving wine. General maintenance and cleanliness of the venue.
2+ years bar experience preferred. Very good knowledge in wine. Positive attitude. Experience managing employees.
