Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

The Bagden Group is a family run business operating two pub restaurants in the Huddersfield and Holmfirth area. We are passionate about community spirit, serving freshly cooked food at reasonable prices in a beautiful, welcoming setting and offering great bar and real ale choices. The menus change seasonally, are French inspired and we use local suppliers and produce whenever possible. Being a SME sized business, we are large enough to be able to make sure our staff are looked after, but small enough so that we are all names, not numbers. We are proud of our team and what we’re achieving together.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our bar running smoothly — serving guests with confidence, supporting your team, and ensuring every drink is poured to perfection. Supervisors will take on additional responsibilities such as leading shifts, managing cellar operations, and supporting the wider management team.
