Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct spec at the bar or via the customer app.
• Deliver food to customers and clear plates within the required timeframe.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain clean-as-you-go standards, including clearing tables and toilet checks.
• Work across areas including glass-washing and restocking fridges.
