J D Wetherspoon Poulton- Le Fylde pub is hiring a Bar staff member to join our busy team. You’ll take orders, serve drinks and food, and ensure the customer receives accurate, friendly service while keeping areas clean and safe.

No experience is required—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well as part of a team. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay (£12.81/hr), and friendly development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct spec, at the bar or via the customer app.
• Delivering food to customers, ensuring check-backs are completed and clearing plates on time.
• Providing friendly customer interactions: say hello, thank customers and build rapport.
• Being knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintaining clean as you go standards, clearing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Working in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges and beer garden duties.
