Freemans Event Partners is seeking bar staff to work at Belton House during the festive season. Shifts are evenings across multiple dates, with 3:30 pm–8:30 pm windows and 4–5 hour blocks on various days from 20 November to 3 January.

This temporary/seasonal role is perfect for reliable team players who can travel to Belton House. Experience in busy bars, a professional attitude, and flexibility to cover multiple shifts or weeks will be highly regarded.

Bar Staff – Christmas Event at Belton House

Location: Belton House, Belton, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG32 2LS

Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal / Part-Time

Contract Dates: 20th November 2026 – 3rd January 2027

Shift Length: 4–5 hours

Working Hours: Between 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm

Job Description: People by Freemans is recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to work at the beautiful Belton House throughout the festive season!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively Christmas environment, serving customers and helping to deliver a brilliant festive experience.

We are looking for 2 experienced Bar Staff per shift, and ideally want to build a small, consistent team who can work together across multiple dates throughout November, December and January.

Whether you're looking for additional evening work, weekend shifts or a regular seasonal opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Shifts: We have 35 event days available between 20th November and 3rd January.

November – 4-hour shifts (3:30 pm–7:30 pm)

• 20th, 21st and 22nd November
• 27th, 28th and 29th November

December – 5-hour shifts (3:30 pm–8:30 pm)

• 3rd–6th December
• 9th–13th December
• 14th–20th December
• 21st–23rd December

December/January – 4-hour shifts (3:30 pm–7:30 pm)

• 24th December
• 26th–31st December
• 1st–3rd January

There is no shift on Christmas Day.

Up to 158 hours of work are available per person across the full event before any applicable break deductions.

Consistency Is Key: We are particularly interested in applicants who can commit to multiple shifts or full weeks throughout the festive season.

Our client would ideally like the same two members of staff working as consistently as possible, so applicants with greater availability will be prioritised.

You do not need to be available for every shift to apply.
