Mitchells & Butlers plc at Vintage Inns is hiring Bar Staff to greet guests, pour and serve drinks, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across our brands, Wagestream access, pension, 28 days holiday, and free shares. You will work with a friendly team to deliver great guest experiences.

18+ due to alcohol sales; no CV required; mobile-friendly application.

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing bar roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and POS systems.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
