Job summary

Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire is hosting Halloween and Christmas Light Trails, and Freemans Event Partners is hiring Bar Staff to join the team for the events.

You will work in busy bars delivering fast, friendly service, ensuring a great visitor experience during the autumn and festive season.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Thrives in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Available for shifts mid-October to January (evenings and weekends).
• Comfortable working at outdoor seasonal events.

Responsibilities

• Serve beer, wine, spirits, hot drinks and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
• Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service during each shift.

We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team at Blenheim Palace for the spectacular Halloween and Christmas Light Trails.

Be part of the team delivering an unforgettable visitor experience at one of the UK's most iconic historic venues, as Blenheim Palace is transformed for two of the biggest events in its seasonal calendar.

With shifts available from mid-October through to January, this is a fantastic opportunity to pick up flexible work throughout the autumn and festive season.

Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to gain valuable hospitality experience, you'll have the opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced environment while welcoming thousands of visitors to Blenheim Palace.

With flexible, event-based shifts and opportunities to work at other major sporting events, festivals and live venues across the UK, there are plenty of opportunities to continue working with Freemans Event Partners throughout the year.

The Role:

You'll work within busy bars and hospitality areas across the Blenheim Palace Halloween and Christmas Light Trails, delivering fast, friendly and efficient service while helping to create an outstanding experience for visitors.
