Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring Bar Staff for the Springfield Inn to pour, mix and serve delicious drinks and ensure guests enjoy a welcoming experience. You’ll join Vintage Inns with its cosy pubs, roaring fires and traditional food.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old due to alcohol sales.
• Previous bar experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after guests to ensure they leave happy.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Mix, pour and serve drinks to standard quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
