Job summary

Red Lion Kidlington is seeking friendly bar staff to join the Ember Inns family. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, and you’ll contribute to creating a welcoming environment for guests.

You will be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service requirements. Join a team that values personality and customer care, offering flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within MITCHELLS & BUTLERS’ branded pubs.

As Bar Staff at the Red Lion Kidlington, you will bring your personality and passion to keep our guests coming back time and time again.

There is no experience needed - We will provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role as it involves the sale of alcohol.
