Mitchells & Butlers plc in Handcross is seeking a friendly Bar Staff member to greet guests, take orders and ensure they have an enjoyable visit. Full training is provided, and you will work as part of a supportive team in a busy pub environment.

You must be 18+ due to the sale of alcohol, with a passion for great service and teamwork. Training will cover drink prep, customer service skills, and safety policies to keep guests returning.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed; full training provided.
• You must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol sales.
• We value enthusiastic, friendly personalities and a willingness to learn.

As Bar Staff at the Red Lion Handcross, you will bring your personality and passion to keep our guests coming back time and time again.

There is no experience needed - we will provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.
