Job summary

The Mulberry-Bush in Waterloo is seeking a friendly, hardworking Bar Staff member to join our gastro pub team. Ideally, you’ll have bar experience and can confidently make simple cocktails, pour great pints and have basic knowledge of wines. You’ll also contribute to floor service and guest experience.

We value a team-focused attitude and passion for delivering great food and drink experiences to guests, not just standing behind the bar. A genuine love of craft and guest care is welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience preferred.
• Confident making simple cocktails.
• Basic knowledge of wines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent guest experience on bar and floor.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to diners.
• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards.

Role: Bar staff
Location: Mulberry Bush, Waterloo

We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking andteam-focused individualto join us at The Mulberry Bush.

Our perfect candidate would ideally have some bar experience and be confident making simple cocktails, pouring great pints and having a basic knowledge of wines.

We’re a gastro pub, so the bar is an important part but we're also looking for someone who is just as passionate about the floor and delivering great food service to customers.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to stand behind the bar. We want someone who can deliver a greatexperience for the guests and has a true love of the craft.
