Job summary

Browns - Bushey, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Bar Staff member to pour, mix and serve drinks while delivering warm hospitality.

You will greet guests, work with a supportive team to create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety behind the bar. Must be 18+; training provided; discounts and employee benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 to sell alcohol.
• Experience in bar service and guest interaction preferred.
• Friendly, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards of bar and dining area.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent guest experience.
