Job summary

Star Hotel in Burntwood is seeking friendly bar staff to join our pub team. No experience needed as full training will be provided and you’ll bring a welcoming attitude and a smile to our guests.

You’ll work in a lively, customer-focused environment, serving drinks, greeting guests, and helping teammates deliver great service. Being 18+ is required due to alcohol service, and you’ll enjoy flexible shifts and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; fully trained on the job.
• Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcohol sales.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a friendly pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a busy bar environment.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assist with bar service and drink preparation as needed.

As Bar Staff at the Star Hotel, you will bring your personality and passion to keep our guests coming back time and time again.

There is no experience needed - We'll provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role as it involves the sale of alcohol.
