Three Stags in Birkenhead is seeking a friendly Bar Staff member to pour, mix and serve drinks while delivering great guest experiences. You’ll join a welcoming team at a Mitchells & Butlers site, with opportunities to grow and enjoy staff benefits.

Role involves working in a busy pub environment, supporting high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contributing to a lively, community-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Good people skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders.
• Pour and serve drinks and maintain stock levels.
• Keep the bar area clean and ensure safety standards.
