Are high standards second nature to you? Do you love people and making guests smile everyday knowing you have delivered celebrity service? Do you want to be part of something different, working with the best food, drink and a brand you will be proud of? We love Food, Wine and Cocktails - almost as much as you do!
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in our private dining and event spaces, catering for intimate gatherings of 6 guests through to larger celebrations of 100. From setup, to seamless service delivery, you’ll ensure every event runs flawlessly and every guest leaves delighted. You’ll also play a key role in our renowned 3 AA Rosette restaurant, maintaining and exceeding the high standards our guests expect.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, and above all a hands‑on supervisor who leads by example and pays close attention to detail. This is not a desk‑based role – you’ll be actively involved in service, supporting the team, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional. Experience in a similar environment is preferred and knowledge of food, wine, and beverage is a strong advantage. Above all, you must bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality, delivering service with a smile.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
We create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be the next step for you into a Head of Department position within Hotel du Vin – we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.
Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin are equal opportunities employers and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
