Bar & Restaurant Supervisor – Fine Dining Venue
Location: Bolton area
Salary: £28,000 + tips
Hours: Full time

We’re working with a highly regarded restaurant and bar in the Bolton area that’s looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a fine dining or high-end restaurant background who’s passionate about exceptional service and looking to develop their career within a quality, long-term environment.

The Role

You’ll take a hands-on role in leading both the bar and restaurant teams, ensuring every guest receives outstanding, attentive service. You’ll also take ownership of cellar management, bar operations, and the smooth running of day-to-day service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise bar and restaurant operations to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences
  • Manage cellar operations including stock rotation, ordering, and line cleaning
  • Maintain supplier relationships and manage consumables efficiently
  • Lead by example, supporting and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all areas
