Job description

Responsibilities

• Help serve food and drink in the Inns outlets whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
• Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
• To up sell products where possible.
• Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company.
• To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department and positively contribute to the departments Target.
• To perform all reasonable requests Knowledge of Hotel brand.
• Knowledge of Hotel values and ability to demonstrate.
• Knowledge of the hotel products and services and ability to promote and up-sell.
• Understanding of Hotel cash handling, Excellent verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high end bar.
• Ability to work a flexible shift.
• Willingness to be multi skilled across the F&B Department.

• Previous Barista experience.
