We’re working with a standout hospitality venue in the heart of Liverpool Street, renowned for its stylish, high‑energy atmosphere and excellent food and drink offering. They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to take charge of their busy, high‑volume venue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that also operates some of London’s most iconic sites.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar
  • Leading a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth service
  • Overseeing stock, budgeting, P&L, and cost control
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
  • Driving promotions, events, and initiatives to increase revenue and footfall
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, cocktails, and drinks presentation
