• Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team with a visible floor presence.
• Oversee the full operation of this very large team and high-volume bar.
• Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives.
• Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control.
• Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day.
