As Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Herringbone bar, combining technical knowledge with top-tier service and genuine hospitality. You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and motivating your bar team
• Maintaining consistency in drink quality, speed and service
• Managing stock, back-bar organisation and cleanliness
• Supporting hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
• Working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
• Contributing to a positive, laid-back but professional team culture
