Are you a passionate and versatile bar professional ready to make your mark in luxury hospitality? We are seeking a confident Bar Manager to lead and inspire the beverage experience across a prestigious estate, including a landmark new restaurant, historic venues, and a range of exceptional event spaces.

What You’ll Do :
  • Deliver outstanding bar service estate-wide, with a focus on our exciting new restaurant concept—executing both classic and signature drinks with flair and consistency.
  • Support beverage service across all venues, from private dining and weddings to golf events and corporate functions.
  • Contribute creatively to the development of drink menus and seasonal offerings across multiple outlets.
  • Provide mobile or pop-up bar service for outdoor and off‑site events, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with event managers and front‑of‑house leaders to ensure seamless beverage service from planning through execution.
  • Oversee stock levels, assist with cellar and beverage logistics, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all locations.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of presentation, guest interaction, and hospitality at every touchpoint.
Who You Are :
  • Experienced in high‑end bar service within restaurants, hotels, or event settings.
  • Expert knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, with a creative approach to menus and service.
  • Flexible and adaptable—comfortable moving between fine dining, large‑scale events, and bespoke off‑site functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to read and delight guests.
  • Professionally presented, organized, and proactive in supporting your team.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (for mobility across the estate and off‑site events).
