As Bar Manager at ROVI, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an outstanding experience for our guests while nurturing and inspiring your team.

As Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar team and oversee daily operations to ensure ROVI's exceptional standards are upheld. From crafting inventive cocktails to maintaining an inviting atmosphere, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, creating a welcoming, collaborative, and vibrant bar atmosphere for both guests and team members
• Ensure every guest enjoys expertly crafted drinks and a seamless service experience
• Oversee daily operations of the bar, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency
• Manage stock levels, control costs, and drive sales while maintaining a profitable operation
• Hire, train, and mentor bar staff, helping to foster their growth and development
• Work closely with the management team to maintain health and safety compliance and operational excellence
• Stay current with cocktail trends and contribute creative ideas to the drinks menu
