Qualifications

• Previous bar back experience in a high-end bar environment is ideal; training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are essential.
• Impeccable command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mise en place at the start of each shift, ensuring a fully stocked bar.
• Maintain bar area and ensure glassware, garnishes and stock are available; prevent shortages.
• Keep the bar clean and safe, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support bartenders during service to maintain speed and accuracy.
