Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for Bar Staff to support Defence venues in Swindon. This part-time role is contracted to 22 hours per week, with shift patterns including 4 out of 7 days.

You will prepare drinks, serve food, handle payments and maintain bar standards while representing Defence and upholding brand values. You will join a team that values progression, reliability and excellent customer service in a busy hospitality environment within the Compass Group UK&I ESS Defence, Government

Qualifications

• Experience in bar/hospitality is a plus.
• Part-time availability and ability to work 22 hours per week.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain an efficient bar service with focus on quality and speed.
• Keep the bar area clean and tidy.
• Know beverages served, how to prepare and present them.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and communicator.
• Represent Defence and uphold the brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
• Demonstrate reliability and timekeeping.

We're currently recruiting for talented Bar Staff to help us create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 22 hours per week. As Bar Personnel, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to our customers.
