Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened the doors to 27 restaurants in Europe. Our mission is to share with our customers 100% homemade authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, with big smiles. Join our amazing team as our Bar Assistant Manager.

YOUR MISSION

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team.
• You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.
• You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more.
• You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.
• You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day.
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a \'problem solver\' attitude.
