Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting Bar Staff to join Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 13.5 hours per week and working in the evenings. As Bar Personnel you will craft drinks, serve high quality food, handle payments and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area while upholding Defence brand standards and Health & Safety guidelines.

You will be a strong communicator, reliable, and capable under pressure, with a warm, professional appearance and a commitment to delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Hospitality or bar service experience preferred.

We're currently recruiting for talented Bar Staff to help us create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 13.5 hours per week.

As Bar Personnel, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to our customers. • Tues: Evenings
• Thurs: Evenings

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
