Job summary

The Waterfront pub in West Hoe, Plymouth, part of St Austell Brewery, is recruiting for bar and waiting team members. You’ll work in a busy, sea-facing venue delivering friendly service and memorable guest experiences.

We offer flexible shifts, 30% off food and drink, 50% off overnight stays at our pubs, retailer discounts, in-house training, meals on shifts over 6 hours, volunteering time off, and a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Job description

The Waterfront is a spectacular sea-facing pub on West Hoe. Overlooking Plymouth Sound, the contemporary bar and restaurant draws visitors throughout the year to its breathtaking views, exceptional food and drink, and vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Steeped in maritime history, The Waterfront is a Grade II listed building that’s recently been thoughtfully refurbished. You’ll be working in a popular destination that’s a go-to for locals and visitors alike.
