McMullen & Sons Ltd is recruiting a Bar & Waiting Team Member in Nottingham to deliver outstanding guest service in a busy, community-focused environment. You will serve drinks and food with a warm, friendly approach, while helping set up and close down bar and floor areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting service preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Bar & Waiting Team Member

• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times
• Serving drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session
• Maintain the standards of the business keeping all areas clean and tidy

£15.76 per hour £12.76 average tronc £3.00 (based on Tronc paid out May/June 2025)
