Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, helping control the flow and communicating with the Kitchen and management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.
• Support high standards of service, aim to deliver celebrity service and guest satisfaction.
• Work flexibly across the week; shifts and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive and efficient service during busy periods, especially evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Looking for the next step in your career and willing to take responsibility to represent the restaurant and bar.
• Ability to adapt to a 7 days a week, 365 days a year operation and discuss shift patterns at interview.
