We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Bar & Lounge Manager to join our esteemed team at Cliveden House. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage our bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for an individual with leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering excellence in beverage service.

  • Ensure the bar perform to expected 5 star standard
  • Managing team hours through creation and management of rotas and by anticipating future business
  • Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, leading by example to your team
  • Understand and develop the bar offering for the benefit of guests and team members
  • Have a constant awareness of business levels ensuring a 5 star service is provided at all times
  • Keep your team informed of any updates affecting the FB department
  • Develop Assistant Managers in their progression through leadership and training
  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
  • Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards. Experience in leading a team or assisting in managing a team within a hospitality environment essential.
  • A good understanding of current and future bar trends
  • Ability to take ownership of team training and development ensuring the best standards are provided
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
