Responsibilities

• Deliver task Toolbox Talk(s) prior to each new task.
• Ensure appropriate PPE is utilized by the team.
• Supervise and perform Cargo Handling duties in accordance with OPITO standards.
• Conduct 360-degree visual inspection of all Loads for Damage.
• Confirm accuracy of CCU ID numbers against manifests.
• Review and comply with risk assessment control measures.
• Liaise with Chargehand and communicate any problems.
• Ensure high housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Follow documented Lifting Plans.
• Operate Overhead Gantry Crane.
• Conduct other duties as required.
