Tarasis Enterprises is currently recruiting for a Banking Support Workers (Female) to join our Support Services Team in Belfast. The role provides essential housing-related support to individuals to empower independence and fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will develop independent living skills, assess needs, monitor progress, and work with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support. Flexibility for day and night shifts, safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, IT

• At least one year of experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals.
• Fully flexible to work day and night shifts.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
• Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
• IT literacy and good organisational skills.
• Full EU Driving Licence and access to a car.

We are currently recruiting for a Banking Support Workers (Female) to join our Support Services Team!

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives?

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential housing related support to individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives

• Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.

What We're Looking For:

• At least one years' experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults).
• Fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including both day and night shifts
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
• Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
• IT literacy and good organisational skills.
• Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car.

Contract Type: Banking

Working Hours: Day & Night Shifts, 8.00am - 8.00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am, as and when required
