Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Learning Designer to create readiness and enablement content for CSBB teammates with a focus on Premier and Branch Banking. The role translates complex business initiatives into clear, actionable training materials to drive adoption and field execution.

The position involves partnering with stakeholders on SME initiatives, designing engaging training, and supporting enterprise consumer banking priorities. There is a 5 day in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of banking experience.
• Ability to independently translate complex information into training materials.
• Advanced skills in presentation.
• Engaging communication style, both in-person and virtually.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the overall training strategy to drive high teammate engagement within CSBB.
• Design, build and deliver timely, thorough and engaging need-specific training and enablement topics based on business prioritization.
• Represent team by participating in cross-functional initiatives and large-scale projects.
• Prioritize training needs intake across CSBB through a change management lens.
• Serve as line of business representative and SME for Truist Learning design and material review.
• Measure the effectiveness of training strategy through reporting, analytics, and surveys.
• Maintain centralized role-based online repository to enable teammate preparation and knowledge.
• Stay current on CSBB guidelines, policies, procedures, and system changes.
