Banking Partner – Real Estate Finance & Corporate Lending- First Step or Established – Following of £500K+

Location:London and Hybrid Working

Compensation:£150K – 250K

A leading UK law firm is seeking a commercially astute and strategically mindedBanking Partner (established or first-step)to join its London office, with a focus onreal estate financeandcorporate lending. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead and grow a thriving practice within a firm known for its collaborative culture, entrepreneurial mindset, and deep sector expertise.

You’ll be instrumental in expanding the firm’s banking and finance offering, working closely with real estate, corporate, and private wealth teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading complex real estate finance transactions, including development and investment deals
  • Advising lenders and borrowers across a range of corporate lending matters
  • Building and nurturing relationships with banks, alternative lenders, developers, and corporates
  • Driving business development and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless, multi-disciplinary advice

You will be aday-one partnerwith a growing practice and a clear upward trajectory over the past three years or aseasoned banking and finance lawyerwith a proven track record in real estate finance and corporate lending, supported by portable client relationships. In both cases, you’ll bring: a clear strategy to drive growth and expand the practice, experience in leading teams or managing junior lawyers and a commercial mindset and collaborative leadership style.
