Job summary

A Tier 1 Investment Bank in London seeks a Line of Business Controller for an initial 6 month contract. The role involves automating GL maintenance, preparing key MIS reports, and liaising for reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with at least 3 years PQE in financial control and proficient in Excel and Access. Up to £530 per day offered, requiring presence in the London office 3-4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
• 3 years of PQE in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments required.

Responsibilities

• Automate GL maintenance by analyzing processes.
• Prepare Control & Suspense MIS reports.
• Liaise with Product Control and Operations for reconciliations.

Skills

Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA

3 years PQE in financial control

Knowledge of capital markets

Proficient in Excel and Access

VBA, SQL coding skills
