A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Belfast. This role offers the chance to work within a highly regarded team, advising clients on a broad range of finance transactions, including both domestic and cross‑border matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide array of finance transactions, including corporate lending, project finance, and real estate finance.

• Help to structure, negotiate, and document loan agreements, facility agreements, and security documents for high‑profile clients.

• Work with clients across various sectors, such as financial services, real estate, energy, and infrastructure.

• Gain exposure to complex transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Collaborate with senior team members, providing valuable input into client matters and gaining exposure to market‑leading work.

About You

• 0-4 years PQE in Banking & Finance, or a similar practice area, with a keen interest in financial services law.

• Experience in or a strong understanding of corporate finance, lending transactions, and regulatory matters.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and other professionals effectively.

• A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
