Banking & Finance Solicitor | NQ to 4 PQE | 12-month FTC | Leading International City Law Firm

Starting in January 2026

Our client, a leading international City law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to convert to a permanent position.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to top-tier clients and cross-border deals.

Key experience required:

• Complex debt products, including venture debt, leveraged finance, direct lending, corporate lending, acquisition finance, and refinancings
• Drafting facilities, subordination, and security agreements
• Managing conditions precedent processes and signings
• Coordinating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions

You’ll be joining a small, dynamic team, offering excellent responsibility and visibility from day one.

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally NQ-4 PQE) with solid experience in Banking & Finance gained at a leading law firm.
• It is essential that individuals have trained at a top law firm in London.
• Applications welcome from January 2026/September 2025 NQ’s, the firm is unable to consider March 2026 NQ’s
