Job summary

Banking & Finance Solicitor (Partner) in Birmingham with 6+ years PQE; a full-time role for an established Partner or senior lawyer aiming for Partnership, joining a collaborative firm to drive practice expansion across the Midlands.

You will advise lenders, borrowers and investors on a broad range of financing matters, develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development and market presence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in Banking & Finance
• Partner level or readiness to move into Partnership
• Commercially minded with a focus on business development
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Join a growing, collaborative firm in Birmingham to lead practice expansion
• Build and manage client relationships and develop new business
• Strengthen the Banking & Finance offering and support corporate/ commercial growth
