Qualifications

• Experience in banking and finance law (PQE level open).
• Ability to manage transactions independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Acting for major UK banks including Lloyds, RBS, HSBC and Santander.
• Advising clients on banking contracts and arrangements.
• Handling acquisition finance and restructuring matters.
