• Shape enterprise architectural direction aligned with business strategy and regulatory context.
• Translate complex technology environments into clear roadmaps and value cases; prioritize investments.
• Guide architectural decisions across multi-vendor ecosystems with business, tech and third-party stakeholders.
• Provide enterprise governance enabling delivery while managing risk and aligning with objectives.
• Define and evolve enterprise architecture operating models and roadmaps within transformation programs.
• Lead workstreams and coach junior architects, owning outcomes within client engagements.
