Concept Resources is seeking a professional Cleaning Operative to join a secure banking environment in Northampton. This temporary assignment provides holiday cover and requires you to work confidently as a lone worker, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the banking hall and offices.

The role involves adhering to health and safety procedures, handling reception of the premises, and using the time and attendance system.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work confidently as a lone worker.
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to use a telephone-based time and attendance system.

Responsibilities

• General office and banking hall cleaning.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Cleaning washrooms and staff welfare facilities.
• Emptying waste and recycling bins.
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to high standards.
• Following health & safety and site security procedures.
• Opening, securing and locking premises as required.
• Working independently in a secure environment.
