Huxley is seeking a Banking Business Architect (VP) for Sales & Trading in London. You will design the EMEA Target State Business Architecture and collaborate across regions to align capability maps, operating models and value streams.

Based in London with hybrid 50/50% working pattern, you will map roadmaps to deliver the target state, balancing cost, delivery time and risk while ensuring alignment with senior business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing organisation-wide, multi-entity target state business architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model) aligned with macro business strategy.
• Experience in sales and trading within banking is essential.

Role details

As the Banking Business Architect (VP) within Sales & Trading, you will be designing the Target State Business Architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model etc.) for EMEA (all departments and functions; all legal entities and branches).

Your key role will be recommending a roadmap to implement the Target State Business Architecture (i.e., sequencing the work to deliver the target state whilst balancing the competing requirements to maximise business outcomes and minimise cost, delivery time and project risks).

The Business Architect in the Business Design team will be responsible for:

• Design of the EMEA Target State Business Architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model etc.). This will be done in collaboration with other departments and functions in EMEA and in collaboration with other regions and will require orchestrating and co-ordinating work across these areas. This is also likely to require assisting departments and functions to clarify their business strategy in order to provide sufficient detail to support the target state design.
• Development of the Roadmap to deliver the Target State Business Architecture.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Business Architecture Design. Experience of designing organisation-wide, multi-entity, target state business architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model etc.) that is informed by, and aligned with, macro business strategy.
• Experience in sales and trading within banking is essential as this is what you will be designing
